Remote Access

We prefer to offer secure remote access via a server located in our premises: the Siemens solution SINEMA Remote Connect. For this purpose, a Scalance security router is installed in the control cabinet. Remote access can be activated by the operator precisely and only when support is required.

Remote access systems already in place at the operator’s plant can also be used, but of course require a more complex coordination process.

Whichever solution is chosen, remote access by our specialists for support during processing or in the event of troubleshooting is always advantageous!
